I've parlayed 8 fixers into profitable investments and even a successful 1031 exchange. From living in a turn of the century farmhouse early in life, to owning a turn-of-the-century brick building and Victorian homes, I'm prepared to navigate the potential maintenance challenges that come up in established neighborhoods.

As a culinary school graduate, I love cooking and discovering new area restaurants. During spare time, you can either find me exploring the vast food scene of Silicon Valley, South Bay, and the East Bay or walking my 7-pound dog rescue dog named Bear.
