After attending San Diego State University with a Business Real Estate degree, Eric knew that he wanted to pursue a career in real estate. From watching HGTV with his mom as a kid to going on broker tours with realtor friends, he knew he would end up in the real estate space after college.

Two months after graduating from SDSU, Eric got a job working at a mom&pop mortgage shop in the East Bay where he was originating and processing loans for two and a half years. Having to find his own leads and process loans from start to finish has given him an advantage on how underwriting works from a processing and sales standpoint. Using his knowledge of the mortgage industry gives him the opportunity to help agents become more confident when speaking to clients regarding home financing needs. Eric’s natural ability to form relationships and create bonds with agents will not only help grow his agents business but the market center as a whole.
